Spirit of Adventure Campaign

The Goal

An internal communication campaign designed to engage employees in the company’s refreshed Vision, Mission and Values. This initiative will ensure employees understand and connect with the company’s strategic direction, fostering a shared sense of purpose and alignment. By creating meaningful engagement, we empower employees to embody these principles in their daily work, strengthening our culture and driving collective success.

Our Solution

A communication campaign utilising characters which were already known by staff – Mia and Miguel.

The Adventure Campaign included a variety of elements with messaging delivered by Mia and Miguel. The team could follow the adventures of the characters as they explored the Vision, Mission and Values of the company. Each section included several interactions which were communicated through an email series, hands on activities, team discussions and desk drops.

One of the standout elements of this campaign was an adventure profile survey, which was a fun questionnaire to help them identify where on the adventure scale they fit. Each employee received a personalised mousepad with their key traits and an illustration of their profile.

Another highlight was an art installation in the cafeteria consisting of individual origami folded by the team.
